Key Guidelines

  • MostBet will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred by the client, including any loss of profits.
  • A bet cannot be reversed or canceled due to an internet connection failure that occurs when the client receives confirmation of the bet.
  • Placing a bet indicates that the customer has thoroughly read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by these betting terms and conditions.
  • The calculation of bets and determination of winnings will solely rely on the outcomes of events officially recognized by the betting company. Only the documentation package containing the official results from the relevant sports federations will be considered in case of disputes regarding event outcomes.
  • The betting company holds the right to prevent any fraudulent activities if there is reasonable suspicion of the bettor’s involvement in dishonest behavior (such as operating multiple accounts, engaging in multi-session activities (several active sessions of one account), placing bets by third parties, utilizing betting automation software, participating in arbitrage betting, placing bets that exceed company-imposed limits, using the game account for non-betting activities, exploiting loyalty programs, etc.).

Legal guidelines and limitations

  • Individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (if this age exceeds 18) and who agree to the terms and conditions of the betting company are eligible to participate in placing bets.
  • Bets will not be accepted from individuals under the age of 18 at the time of registration, nor from participants in the events being wagered upon (such as athletes, coaches, referees, team owners or officials, and others who have the power to influence the outcome of the event), as well as from those acting on their behalf, representatives of other bookmakers, or anyone whose involvement in the agreement with the bettor is not specifically permitted by the terms of the agreement.
  • The bettor is held accountable for violating the aforementioned (#2 point) of these Regulations. The betting company reserves the right to withhold any winnings, return any deposits, and cancel any placed bets should these Rules be violated. Once the bookmaker becomes aware that a customer belongs to one of the aforementioned groups, they assume no liability. This means that if the client is identified as one of the designated individuals, the betting company is entitled to take the stated actions at any time.
  • Customers who fail to adhere to these Rules are not permitted to place any bets with the bookmaker. Should the customer breach the standards of conduct and public order, the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept any further bets from that individual.
  • The bookmaker retains the right to reject any bettor’s wagers without the need to provide a justification.
  • All odds are calculated in advance, based on data provided by the bookmaker’s processing center.
  • If it is discovered that a bet participant had prior knowledge of the event’s outcome at the time of placing the bet, had the opportunity to influence the event’s result by being directly involved (such as athletes, referees, coaches, etc.), or was acting on behalf of someone else, or if bets were placed by a syndicate of betting participants, the company reserves the right to close the account and annul all bets associated with it.
  • At the bookmaker’s discretion, customer account balances in these situations may not be eligible for a refund once all procedures have been completed. In such cases, the balance will be calculated excluding any money obtained through illicit means. Additionally, when a player deposits into or withdraws from MostBet’s account, the company has the right to refuse reimbursement for any fees lost during the payment process.
  • The company reserves the right to request identification documents and conduct a video verification to confirm the identity of the account holder.
  • The bookmaker’s security team has the right to ask for any documents from the bettor that, at the company’s discretion, prove their identity and other information provided by the client. They may withhold any payments until all information has been validated, especially if the security team has concerns regarding the player’s identity or the accuracy of their information (such as address, credit or debit card details, or other data). Document verification may take up to 24 hours from the time the request is made. The company reserves the right to void all bets and temporarily suspend cash payouts if it is found that the information provided was inaccurate.
  • The account holder acknowledges that all actions performed within the account are their responsibility. They are liable for any activities conducted by unauthorized individuals using their account.
  • The account holder acknowledges that all actions carried out via the account and with its credentials are considered to be done with their permission or consent.
  • Users from countries where sports betting is prohibited are forbidden from using a bank card issued in their country to make transactions on the website.
  • The bank card holder is responsible for understanding the gambling laws of their country.
  • It is prohibited for individuals under the legal age of majority to engage in gambling or use someone else’s bank card to make transactions on a bookmaker’s website.
  • The bookmaker reserves the right to alter the language of the rules or introduce new ones at any time. Any changes or additions to the rules will be effective immediately upon their publication on the website.
  • The following guidelines are provided by MostBet to ensure that you play responsibly and avoid any potential issues by adhering to the following advice:
  1. Set personal time and financial limits before you begin gambling.
  2. Only use money that you can afford to lose.
  3. Never attempt to chase losses. If you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substances, refrain from gambling.

Regulations for taking bets and resolving disputes (pre-trial procedure)

  • The conditions for accepting bets (such as odds, potential outcomes, types of combinable bets, maximum wager limits, etc.) may be modified at any given moment, and such modifications will only apply to future bets placed by the client. Pre-existing bets will remain subject to the original terms agreed upon. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes to the current betting line before finalizing the agreement.
  • In cases where the outcome of an event is already known when the bet is placed, odds of “1” may be applied to calculate the odds.
  • In accordance with these regulations, should a dispute arise between the client (a party to the agreement) and the betting company regarding the fulfillment and implementation of their agreed terms, such as disagreements over the payment of winnings, event results, winning probability, or other key terms, the involved parties must initiate a mandatory claim process.
  • The party who believes their rights have been violated is required to submit an appropriate written claim to the other party as part of the pre-trial dispute resolution process. If the claim is directed to the betting company, it must be filed at the company’s registered location (legal address), which can be found in the relevant documents and verified by the official extract from the legal entity registry. If the client (a party to the agreement) is the recipient of the claim, it must be submitted to their registered address or place of residence. Furthermore, any legal correspondence can also be sent via email to [email protected].
  • The claim must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date the plaintiff became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the violation of their rights. The claim must include any documents that prove and substantiate the allegations made. If sufficient evidence is not provided to support the claims, the submission will be returned without review.
  • A client’s claim should be processed and evaluated within twenty (20) days of receipt by the respective party.
  • If the claim is not addressed by the recipient within the specified timeframe, the party whose rights have been violated may appeal to the competent court at the legal address of the betting company.
  • The bookmaker reserves the right to suspend the acceptance of bets and the payment of winnings (including refusal, cancellation, or invalidation of bets with odds of “1”) in certain situations, such as:
  1. In the event of unforeseen errors (obvious typographical mistakes in the listed events or mismatched odds within the betting line);
  2. If the format of the competition deviates from the originally stated rules;
  3. If there is evidence of improper betting behavior;
  4. When multiple bets are placed on the same outcomes or on related outcomes (for example, a team win, team win or draw, team handicap, etc.);
  5. If any of the aforementioned rules are violated or if there are other indications that the bets were improperly placed.

The bookmaker holds the right to conduct an investigation into a player’s account for the necessary duration in order to ascertain the circumstances surrounding any potential misconduct or to clear any doubts regarding unethical behavior. Typically, this verification process should not take less than 60 days from the time the suspicion of unfair play arises. However, Mostbet maintains the discretion to either shorten or extend this period depending on the complexity of the case at hand.

After the user’s last activity on the website, winning bets and bets eligible for a refund remain valid for payment for up to twelve months. Following this period, the account will begin to incur a daily deduction of $100 until the balance is depleted (i.e., no further activity or any transactions on the site under the permitted conditions). The total amount of winnings and/or bets eligible for a refund from blocked accounts will be deducted in a lump sum at the end of the 28-day period.

Any claims made by players who, due to circumstances beyond the bookmaker’s control, are unable to receive their winnings or refunded bets within twelve months of their last site activity, or within 28 days for blocked users, will not be accepted. The bookmaker retains the authority to cancel any bets placed by users prior to the event without providing any justification.
